This tutu is made with approximately 75 yards of high-quality, matte wedding tulle in navy, red and white. We’ve hand-sewn a matching bow on the front of the tutu, for a little extra USO flair! We make our tutus on non-roll elastic or ribbon. Please let us know which you’d prefer when you place your order. We recommend ribbon for longevity of use. If you opt for ribbon, we will leave 10″ of extra ribbon on each side of the tutu. The ribbon can be tied in an adorable bow at the back of the tutu.

☠☠ Avengers Assemble! This tutu can be made with a royal blue, instead of navy, for a more traditional US Flag look. We can attach adorable stars, as well, at no additional charge.
